I had 360 calories today (-260 when I worked out a bit) until my mom decided to go to Olive Garden while we were out. I had 3.5 pieces of bread and mushroom stuffed pasta shells 😰 tomorrow I will stay under 800 calories
I WILL be under 120 before December
